Our goal is to see that the ELDER JUSTICE ACT, now before the US Senate and Congress,
is passed into law and we will be making a donation of a portion of the proceeds of each and every copy of Paradise Costs to help ensure that powerful advocacy groups will act on behalf of 78 million babyboomers.
According to an article in the Journal of the American Medical Association printed in November, 2002, it's estimated that it will take 30 to 40 years for awareness of elder abuse BECOMES what it is currently for child abuse.
